Whether you are experiencing Coronavirus symptoms or just need advice from a doctor, a visit to an in-person health facility is a high-risk environment for Coronavirus exposure. Telemedicine allows patients and doctors to connect remotely and is a great option to meet a wide variety of care needs that you and your family experience. NCH offers free telemedicine services to eligible users. Follow these steps to talk with a Coronavirus doctor from the comfort and safety of your home.

Step 1: Sign up for service on the National Coronavirus Hotline.

Step 2: You will receive an email with an authentication code. Verify your email and login to the dashboard.  Click the Telemedicine button.

Step 3: Complete the required information.

Pre-qualify for Free Services automatically by entering your name, address, phone number, and Social Security Number.  This information will allow us to verify your identity and determine if you qualify for free services.   You may also verify your identity through a secret code provided to you by NCH.

If you have already verified your identity, you can continue through the following steps and move on to “Fill in Medical Form.”

Complete, review and confirm the information you entered. Once complete you can continue with the booking.

Entering your medical history is a one-time process only required the first time you book a telemedicine service. You will not need to complete this step again when booking future telemedicine services.

Once your medical history is complete, you can click on the Book Telemedicine Service or Book Consultation button. Both buttons will allow you to move on to the booking step.

Select an available date and time slot from the calendar and click the Book now! button.

Step 4: Fill out the short booking details form with information about the purpose of your appointment and your Coronavirus status, history, and symptoms.

Step 5: Once complete, you will receive an email confirmation from NCH with the details of the doctor and your telemedicine appointment.
